Shipping Policy
We offer shipping all across Australia via Australia Post's Express Delivery Service.

- free shipping for orders over $100
Dispatch Timeframe
- 2-4 business days from order date
Need your order delivered on a specific date? While we try to accommodate all delivery date requests, we can only guarantee a dispatch date, not a delivery date. For all special delivery requests please contact us before placing your order via email at info@rockyroadsociety.com.au
- All orders with a selected delivery date will be dispatched 1-2 days prior to the selected date.
- All orders with no selected delivery date will be dispatched within 2-4 business days upon receiving the order.
All our products are hand-made to order, therefore, we require a minimum of 4 business days notice from order date to delivery date. Please also note that our courier, Australia Post does not deliver on Sunday’s.

Please note that due to current circumstances Australia Post cannot guarantee next day delivery. While majority of deliveries will fall within the 1-2 day window, we cannot guarantee this timeframe.

Do you offer same day delivery?
As all items are made to order we are unable to offer same day delivery. For any special or urgent requests please contact us via our website or email us at info@rockyroadsociety.com.au
Can I track my order?
We will provide you with an Aus Post Tracking Number once your order has been dispatched.
What if I’m placing my order as a gift?
If you would like your order to be sent to an address that is not your own, please provide the recipients details at time of checkout including name, address and mobile number. Please use the ‘special instructions' box at checkout if there are any other details you’d like us to know.
What if I entered the incorrect delivery address or date?
Please contact us as soon as possible! Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to change the delivery address.
Can I schedule my delivery for the weekend?
Deliveries can be scheduled from Monday-Saturday as per special request. If you require a delivery on a specific date please contact us via info@rockyroadsociety.com.au
Unforeseen Circumstances
While we strive to ensure your order arrives 1-2 business days, from the date of dispatch, please note that unforeseen circumstances can occur during transit. In such rare cases, we regret that we are unable to provide refunds for delayed deliveries or any issues with our courier.
Please be aware that our Rocky Road is a perishable product and should be stored indoors as soon as possible after delivery. To maintain its quality, we strongly advise against leaving your Rocky Road outdoors or in direct sunlight, as this may cause it to melt or spoil.

What if no one is home to accept the delivery?
Our couriers will leave your delivery in a safe space, if they deem it appropriate to do so. However, it’s important to note that our Rocky Road is a perishable product and should be stored indoors as soon as possible after delivery. We do not recommend leaving your Rocky Road outdoors or in direct sunlight, as this can cause it to melt or spoil. If you are not available to receive your delivery, we recommend having it delivered to a location where it can be stored indoors at a cool temperature until you are able to collect it.
Rural & Remote Deliveries
We don’t want anyone to miss out on trying our delicious Rocky Road! Please note that Express Post next business day delivery is only available within the following postcodes.
