Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns/exchanges or issue refunds. If you have any problems with your order, or believe you have received your order in a less than expected condition please contact us at info@rockyroadsociety.com.au.

Cancellations
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or make any amendments to your order. As we prepare all products to order we cannot guarantee that cancellations or changes can be made, but we'll always do our best to assist.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time. In the event that we cancel an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with a full refund of any payment made. We may cancel orders due to various reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, technical errors on our website, suspected fraudulent activity, or incorrect pricing information.

We will make every effort to avoid cancelling orders and will notify you immediately if an issue arises. However, we reserve the right to cancel any order without notice, and we will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of an order cancellation.

Postage Delays
By ordering with us you are accepting the risks associated with sending parcels by our selected courier. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to circumstances beyond our control, but, will always do our best to notify our customers of any unexpected postage delays. Please note, we can only guarantee a dispatch date, not a delivery date. We are not able to provide a refund in the instance that the selected delivery date is not met, due to courier delays.
