Australia Wide Shipping

Do you offer same day delivery?

As all items are made to order we are unable to offer same day delivery. For any special or urgent requests please contact us via our website or email us at info@rockyroadsociety.com.au

Can I track my order?

We will provide you with an Aus Post Tracking Number once your order has been dispatched.

Can I schedule an order for a specific date?

Yes, at checkout we offer you the flexibility to select your desired delivery date. All orders will be dispatched 1-2 days prior to the selected date. 

Please not we can only guarantee a dispatch date, not a delivery date.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 business days. We use Australia Post's Express Delivery Service who estimate a 1-2 day delivery window.

Please note that due to current circumstances Australia Post cannot guarantee next day delivery.

Where do you ship?

We use Australia Post shipping services, and ship all accross Australia.

What if no one is home to accept the delivery?

Our couriers will leave your delivery in a safe space, if they deem it appropriate to do so. However, it’s important to note that our Rocky Road is a perishable product and should be stored indoors as soon as possible after delivery. We do not recommend leaving your Rocky Road outdoors or in direct sunlight, as this can cause it to melt or spoil. If you are not available to receive your delivery, we recommend having it delivered to a location where it can be stored indoors at a cool temperature until you are able to collect it.

What if I entered the incorrect delivery address or date?

Please contact us as soon as possible! Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to change the delivery address.

Am I able to pick up my order?

Unfortunately, this is currently not an option.

Orders

I need to cancel or update my order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or make any ammendments to your order. As we prepare all products to order we cannot guarantee that cancellations or changes can be made, but we'll always do our best to assist.

What if I'm placing the order as a gift?

If you would like your order to be sent to an address that is not your own, please provide the recipients details at time of checkout including name, address and mobile number. Please use the ‘special instructions' box at checkout if there are any other details you’d like us to know.

Do you offer customisation for events and corporate orders?

Yes! Rocky Road Society would love to be part of your next event or help with a bulk order. Contact us to find out more.

Our Rocky Road

How should I store my Rocky Road?

We recommend storing your Rocky Road in an air-tight container in the refrigerator particularly in warmer months, or out of direct sun-light in cool dry conditions.

How should I serve my Rocky Road?

Our Rocky Road is best served at room temperature. We recommend removing from the refrigerator approximately 30 mins before serving, to allow the chocolate to soften.

How long after purchase will my Rocky Road last?

If stored correctly, your Rocky Road can be kept for up to 21 days.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Please read the Allergen Information listed for each product. If you require any modifications or clarifications of our products please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.

All of our products are made in a facility that handles nuts, gluten and other allergens, so we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from cross-contamination.

At present we are only selling our Rocky Road via our online website.
